Privacy Policy

ReplyKit helps service businesses draft and manage customer replies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, business name, connected device labels, and settings. We collect the business information you add to ReplyKit, including services, policies, examples, corrections, and other notes used to draft replies.

If you use ReplyKit messaging, we process customer phone numbers, message content, message status, and related metadata needed to receive, display, draft, send, and troubleshoot SMS conversations. We also collect technical information such as device type, app version, logs, request metadata, and security events.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReplyKit does not store full payment card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide ReplyKit, authenticate users, connect mobile devices, draft replies, sync conversations, send user-approved SMS messages, maintain account settings, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.

Customer messages are used to provide the requested ReplyKit service. They are not sold, and they are not used to train ReplyKit models.

AI Processing

When you request a draft, ReplyKit may send the relevant customer message, your instruction, and selected business context to an AI provider so a draft can be generated. You remain in control of what is sent to customers; ReplyKit does not automatically send AI drafts without user action.

SMS Messaging and Consent

ReplyKit SMS is intended for direct, one-to-one customer conversations. Customers opt in by voluntarily sending the first SMS to +14782270510, the My Starter Profile business number. A ReplyKit-enabled business may reply to that inquiry, continue the same conversation, or send a follow-up the customer requested. ReplyKit SMS is not used for unsolicited or unrelated marketing messages.

Customers may receive one-to-one customer-care messages about an inquiry, appointment, order, service, account, or support request. Message frequency varies based on the customer conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or email eshaan55@gmail.com.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate, secure, and deliver ReplyKit messaging; they may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate ReplyKit, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, observability, payment processing, AI processing, and SMS delivery. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to ReplyKit and may not use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide ReplyKit, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users can adjust generated reply history retention in settings and may request account deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can update account settings, remove connected devices, delete certain stored content, adjust reply history retention, or request account deletion from ReplyKit settings. Customers receiving SMS messages can opt out by replying STOP where supported.
