ReplyKit helps service businesses organize business context, draft customer replies, connect mobile devices, and manage one-to-one customer conversations. You are responsible for the information you provide, the customer messages you send, and your use of ReplyKit.

You must use ReplyKit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable messaging, privacy, consumer protection, and carrier requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, connected devices, and device tokens. You must promptly revoke access for devices or users that should no longer use your workspace.

ReplyKit may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that creates risk for ReplyKit, customers, carriers, or service providers.

ReplyKit may generate draft replies using customer messages, your instructions, and saved business context. AI drafts can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages before sending them.

ReplyKit does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use ReplyKit to make decisions that require licensed professional judgment.

My Starter Profile uses +14782270510 for direct, one-to-one customer conversations through ReplyKit. Customers opt in by voluntarily sending the first SMS to +14782270510, the My Starter Profile business number. The business may reply to that inquiry, continue the same conversation, or send a follow-up the customer requested.

Customers may receive one-to-one customer-care messages about an inquiry, appointment, order, service, account, or support request. Message frequency varies based on the customer conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or email eshaan55@gmail.com. Opting out may prevent the business from responding by SMS.

ReplyKit is not intended for unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lists, scraped lists, third-party lead lists, deceptive messages, or messages sent without required consent. Businesses using ReplyKit are responsible for honoring opt-outs and maintaining any consent records required for their messaging use case.

You may not use ReplyKit to send spam, unlawful content, misleading messages, harassment, phishing, malware, age-restricted content without required safeguards, or messages that violate carrier rules or the rights of others.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, authentication, payment requirements, carrier registration requirements, or other technical restrictions.

Paid ReplyKit features may be billed through a third-party payment processor. Fees, billing periods, trials, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in account settings. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

ReplyKit handles information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using ReplyKit, you agree that information may be processed as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

ReplyKit relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, observability, and SMS delivery. Their services may affect availability, delivery, pricing, and functionality. Carrier filtering, registration requirements, recipient opt-outs, or provider outages may delay or prevent message delivery.

ReplyKit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free drafts, or successful SMS delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of ReplyKit after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
